Our housekeepers go through 2 forms of
training. The first is a course on Domestic Housekeeping which
is certified by Spring Singapore PSB Academy. Topics such as
Cleaning Techniques, Laundry Care and Effective Communication
are taught to the housekeepers.
We also have an in-house training program called V.E.N.U.S.
(Vitality, Enthusiasm, Nurturing, Unity, Self-confidence).
This program focuses on soft skills such as leadership,
positive attitude, passion, time management, motivation and
personal development.
This course is in fact the pillar and strength of Spick n’
